Danial arrives at Hotel Harmony. Once he steps in the lobby area, he slips and falls as the floor was wet and slippery. There were no warning signs cautioning that the floor was wet. As a result of the fall, Danial sustained severe injuries and he now wants to commence legal action against the Hotel.
