Martin was engaged as a REN (real estate negotiator) for selling Jenny’s bungalow house at Jalan Kuching, KL. However, Jenny is always uncontactable as she is a naturalist who frequently explores deep parts of rainforest in South East Asia. In a deal about to be sealed, Jenny was again not contactable. Hence, Martin took the decision to agree on the terms and Jenny was unhappy about some of them.
