Tun Cerdik Leisure Mall has been listed for lease and due to long periods of MCO, RMCO and CMCO, the mall had been deserted without proper management. While you were bringing your prospective clients to view the mall, an accident happened when a shutter door slipped onto the foot of a client. This client sustained an injury and his medical bill came to RM25,000.
This client wanted to take action against the Mall and you are also named as the second defendant for the negligence.
